Key drivers of globalization&amp;mdash;including technological innovation, liberalized trade, advanced logistics, talent mobility, and knowledge exchange&amp;mdash;create unprecedented opportunities for market expansion, cost optimization, innovation, and risk diversification. The paper analyzes strategic responses such as local market adaptation, supply chain diversification and resilience, global talent management, digital transformation, sustainability integration, and collaborative corporate structures. Challenges around regulatory complexity, cultural differences, supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, and intensified competition are explored alongside mitigation strategies like glocalization and agile governance. Using real-world examples&amp;mdash;from Netflix&amp;rsquo;s global content tailoring to Amazon&amp;rsquo;s AI-powered supply chain&amp;mdash;and supplemented by data visualizations, the article underscores globalization&amp;rsquo;s central role in shaping modern business strategy. It concludes by emphasizing the necessity for organizations to combine global efficiency with local responsiveness, embrace technological innovation, and embed sustainability to remain resilient and competitive in an evolving global marketplace.
