The Editorial Policy of the International Journal of Management (IJM) ensures transparency, academic integrity, and high-quality scholarly publishing. The editorial team is committed to fostering research that contributes meaningfully to the field of management and organizational studies.

  1. Editorial Structure

The journal is governed by an Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editors, and a panel of Associate Editors and Editorial Board Members with expertise across various domains of management.

  1. Editorial Independence

IJM guarantees full editorial independence. Editorial decisions are based on:

  • Originality and academic contribution
  • Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope
  • Rigor of the methodology and clarity of presentation
  • Peer reviewer recommendations

No external party (including sponsors or institutions) may influence editorial decisions.

  1. Decision-Making Process
  • All submissions undergo a preliminary editorial screening for compliance and quality.
  • Suitable manuscripts are assigned to two or more independent reviewers.
  • Editors ensure that reviewer feedback is constructive and ethical.
  • Final decisions (Accept, Revise, Reject) rest with the Editor-in-Chief or a delegated Senior Editor.
  • Authors receive a formal letter outlining the decision and relevant feedback.

  1. Confidentiality

The editorial team maintains full confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and correspondence. Information is not shared beyond the editorial and review process.

  1. Appeals

Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a written justification. Appeals are reviewed by a neutral senior editorial panel, and decisions are final.
