Manuscript Submission

Authors wishing to publish in the International Journal of Management (IJM) are required to submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system or the official editorial email. To ensure a smooth and efficient review process, authors must ensure that all required documents are complete and comply with the journal's submission requirements.

Before submission, authors should carefully review the Author Guidelines and ensure that their manuscript adheres to the journal's formatting, ethical, and referencing standards.

Required Submission Documents

Authors must submit the following documents:

  • Manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, prepared according to the journal's Author Guidelines.
  • Complete author information, including the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, email addresses, corresponding author details, and country of affiliation.
  • ORCID iD for each author (strongly recommended and may be required where applicable).
  • References formatted according to the MLA referencing style, with accurate DOIs for cited articles wherever available or direct URLs for online sources.
  • A Cover Letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, briefly explaining the significance, originality, and suitability of the manuscript for publication in the International Journal of Management.
  • Ethical Approval Documentation, where applicable, for studies involving human participants, animals, or any research requiring approval from an institutional ethics committee or review board.
  • Conflict of Interest Statement, declaring any financial, personal, institutional, or professional relationships that could influence the research. If no conflicts exist, authors should state: "The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest."
  • Plagiarism Report generated using Turnitin or an equivalent similarity detection software. Authors are encouraged to ensure that the similarity index complies with the journal's plagiarism policy before submission.

Submission Requirements

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere for consideration.
  • All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal's formatting and referencing requirements.
  • All tables, figures, and supplementary materials are properly labeled and cited within the manuscript.
  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material used in the manuscript.
  • All ethical requirements and publication standards have been met.

Incomplete submissions or manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's submission requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before entering the peer review process.

Submission Confirmation

Upon successful submission, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the manuscript. The manuscript will then undergo an initial editorial assessment, plagiarism screening, and subsequent single-blind peer review in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.

For submission inquiries or assistance, authors may contact the Editorial Office of the International Journal of Management (IJM).
