International Journal of Management

The International Journal of Management (IJM) follows a rigorous single-blind peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically sound research. In this process, the reviewers are aware of the authors' identities, while the identities of the reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. This approach ensures an objective, fair, and impartial evaluation of submitted manuscripts.

Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its suitability for the journal's aims and scope, compliance with the Author Guidelines, originality, and adherence to ethical standards. Manuscripts that successfully pass the preliminary screening are subjected to plagiarism detection using Turnitin before being forwarded for peer review.

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, significance, research methodology, quality of analysis, clarity of presentation, ethical compliance, validity of results, and overall contribution to the field of management.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following editorial decisions:

• Accept
• Accept with Minor Revisions
• Major Revisions Required
• Reject

Authors receiving revision requests are expected to submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response to reviewers' comments within the specified timeframe. Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the original reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

Editorial decisions are based solely on the academic quality and scholarly merit of the manuscript, without discrimination based on the authors' nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or political views.

The International Journal of Management (IJM) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and editorial integrity. The journal follows the ethical principles and best practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adheres to the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) where applicable. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold these internationally recognized ethical standards throughout the publication process.
