The International Journal of Management (IJM) follows a single-blind peer review process, in which the identities of the reviewers are kept anonymous to the authors, while reviewers are aware of the authors’ identities. This approach ensures an impartial, fair, and academically rigorous evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.
The peer review system is designed to uphold the highest standards of scholarly integrity, improve the quality of published research, and support constructive academic feedback in accordance with internationally recognized guidelines, including those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo the following review stages:
- Initial Editorial Screening: The editorial team evaluates submissions for scope, originality, formatting, and basic quality standards.
- Peer Review Assignment: Suitable manuscripts are assigned to qualified expert reviewers based on subject expertise.
- Single-Blind Review: Reviewers assess manuscripts while remaining anonymous to authors.
- Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
